Vinyasa is a dynamic practice linking breath with movement through a series of yoga poses with attention to improving alignment, balance, flexibility, strength, endurance, and inner calm.  All levels can enjoy this class which is energizing and stress relieving. Ellen received 200 & 500 hour yoga certifications from Cityoga.  A graduate of Georgetown University & Indiana University School of Law, she loves balancing the rigor of law with the breath and flow of yoga.  Her class is known for varied sequencing, long holds, alignment cues and stories.
