“I have an Associate’s Degree as a healthcare specialist and am a certified personal trainer from Ivy Tech Community College.  I am also certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and maintain my CPR certification as well.  I am a second kyu brown belt in Shotokan karate, which I have studied since the age of 15.  My philosophy is that an active lifestyle is the key to a full and independent life.”

Annie Fellmeth

Yoga Instructor
“I have been practicing yoga for around six or seven years.  I completed my yoga teacher training with Shamrock Wellness Center, under the instruction of Eric and Linda Banter.  I completed the 200 hour program in March of 2014 and quickly continued on to complete the 500 hour program with a focus on Yoga Therapy.  I’m registered with the Yoga Alliance.  I love teaching and sharing yoga with people to help them along their journey of self-care and finding a balance within themselves. I have taught a range of group classes from “gentle” to more advanced and also am available for private one-on-one yoga sessions.”
