I meet my clients and class participants where they are so that we can get to where you need to be as individuals.  Health and beauty is for everybody, but there is a particular health and beauty natural to every body.  I strive to keep my fitness routines anything but routine, using a fusion of conventional and non-conventional exercises that focus on core and compound movements making up the foundation of a total body workout.  I do my best to keep sessions fresh, fun and challenging.”

Donna is also a CPA and has two Master’s Degrees; one in Health & Kinesiology from Indiana University and one in Wellness Management and Gerontology, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue in Management. She has been teaching for over 20 years. “I am passionate about helping people be healthy! “I have been practicing yoga for around six or seven years.  I completed my yoga teacher training with Shamrock Wellness Center, under the instruction of Eric and Linda Banter.  I completed the 200 hour program in March of 2014 and quickly continued on to complete the 500 hour program with a focus on Yoga Therapy.  I’m registered with the Yoga Alliance.  I love teaching and sharing yoga with people to help them along their journey of self-care and finding a balance within themselves. I have taught a range of group classes from “gentle” to more advanced and also am available for private one-on-one yoga sessions.”
