Health & Wellness Center

The Club's newly renovated Health & Wellness Center is fully equipped with brand new Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. The Life Fitness app, available on iOS and Android, syncs directly to each piece of equipment, complete with tutorials and tracking software, to show you proper use of the equipment and to monitor your daily use in a measurable way.

Over 2,400 square feet are dedicated to cardiovascular and strength training, whirlpools, men's and women's steam rooms and locker rooms. Our staff, both certified instructors and trainers, are knowledgeable and supportive.

As a member, you have round-the-clock access to this equipment and professional instruction upon request. We are proud to be part of this amazing facility! Today, fitness means something different to each and every one of us. From athletic performance to holistic wellness, being fit is an important part of our daily lives.

May 2017 marks the completion of an 18 month renovation of the entire lower level of the Clubhouse.  This state of the art update includes customized weight resistance equipment, new fleet of spin bikes, cardio vascular equipment as well as refurbished men's and ladies locker facilities to include full and half size personalized lockers, the relocation of the Columbian Cafe for smoothies, coffee and nutritious snacks and the stress relieving amenities such as a sauna, whirlpool and hot tubs.

Exercise Machines: Leg Lift, Leg Curl, Leg Press, Abdominal Crunch, Core Rotation, Lumbar Extensor, Overhead Press, Bench Press, Multi-fly, Row, Lat Pull, Dip and Pull Up Station with Assist, Triceps Press, Bicep Machine, Smith Machine, Full Dual Cable Machine.

Consultations

Fitness consultations are complimentary to members. Consultations include: diet planning for weight loss and gain, body measurements, blood pressure testing and answering any questions regarding fitness and health.

Private Training

Knowing where to begin in the gym can be difficult to explore on your own. If you want to see faster progress, a variety of workout types, and direction for functional, safe movement, the fitness director in the Health & Wellness Center for a one on one session. You'll not only be getting the value of 100% attention from some of the field's most knowledgeable professionals, you'll be investing in the quality of your own health and longevity.

We offer a variety of private training programs, available from 6:00am-10:00pm.

Latin Dance Night

Tuesday, August 1 and Tuesday, September 26
The Health & Wellness Center invites Kyle Culmann, owner of Latin Dance Expressions Dance Studio,
to this two hour event.  Put some pep in your step and waltz over to the Club for a fun evening of spins
and twirls.  After burning off those calories, we invite you to stay and mingle with your fellow classmates
for dinner and drinks in the Harrison Grille.


Group Classes

Tuesday - 5:30pm Yoga

Taught by Donna Martz, member, experienced health professional and fitness instructor, this Yoga class is open to all levels of ability. Come rejuvenate and challenge your physical capacity through a dynamic and popular workout. Class time is one hour. Yoga classes are $15 per class.

Thursday's beginning August 3 - 5:30pm Yoga

Taught by Annie Fellmeth.  This class is open to all levels of ability.  Yoga classes are $15 per class.
