Do you ever get tired of sitting in your own office space for meetings?  Maybe it is time to step away from your conference room and explore what the Columbia Club has to offer.  Whether you’re planning a focused, full-day workshop or a multi-day industry conference, the Columbia Club offers a variety of meeting spaces optimized for discovering your group’s potential.  We even have overnight guest rooms on site!  Our flexible meeting spaces, including the Crystal Terrace and Stardust Ballroom along with our Capehart, Riley & Steele spaces can accommodate groups as small as 6 people and as large as 300 for sit-down functions. 
 
With more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, the Columbia Club is versatile and offers a variety of facilities in a historic, yet modern setting.  An upgrade to the wireless services was completed in 2019 and offers complimentary access to all guests.  For meetings that require more specific speeds, a dedicated line is available for an upcharge.  We partner with an audio visual expert, for upgraded technology needs.
 
Centrally located in the heart of downtown on Monument Circle, the Columbia Club is easily accessible and convenient to I-65, I-70, I-74 and I-465.
