Our Clubhouse features more than 20,000 square feet of indoor elegant wedding and social space. The Columbia Club offers a seamless fusion of tradition and elegance, combined with a passion for uncompromising service, which creates an experience that is truly unforgettable.

In addition to our on-site venues, we offer an extraordinary 10th floor, 3,500 square feet ballroom with an amazing view of the heart of Indianapolis. Work with our experienced wedding planning team to help plan the details of your special day, from catering to layout to centerpieces.

Our catering team at the Columbia Club will do everything possible to ensure a memorable time for you and your guests. The Columbia Club features three unique settings to create your dream wedding. These locations include The Grand Lobby, The Crystal Terrace and The Stardust Foyer and Ballroom. Each with a flavor of its own.

The Columbia Club is perfect for small intimate rehearsal dinners or large banquet and receptions where a certain degree of sophistication and elegance are desired. The club offers 60 overnight guest rooms to accommodate your guests.

Our Services

Prior to your event, your catering manager will work with you on details pertaining to custom menus, bar packages, set up, and a time line of events. Clients receive access to our network of local vendors in the area, including wedding coordinators, photographers, and florists. Once the space has been contracted, we offer a customized tasting for two so you can sample our innovative cuisine.

With our wedding packages, we include the following items
