One of the most used features of membership continues to be the catering and event options the Columbia Club provides. A highly experienced team is able to plan and arrange everything from a small business meeting to a party or wedding reception for 400.

The club offers members use of sixteen flexible meeting spaces that are able to be transformed to fit the needs of the member. Whether holding a high level business meeting in the Board Room or an anniversary celebration in the Ballroom, events at the Columbia Club go far beyond what one would find at a conventional venue to meet the exceptionally high standards of members. With its high ceilings and stunning view of the circle, the Stardust Foyer and Ballroom on the tenth floor can accommodate a seated reception for up to 300. The Grand Lobby can host a similar number for a cocktail reception.

For smaller groups, the beautifully decorated Tea Room, flexible Capehart and Riley rooms, and Columbian Suite can all be configured for business meetings, lectures, and even training sessions.

The catering department works to ensure that the rooms as well as food and beverage meet the highest standards of quality and taste. Whether hosting a small luncheon for five or a cocktail reception for 500, the club tailors events to meet and exceed the expectations of members and their guests.
