The next course  took your taste buds down a new path with our unique vol au vent dish including fresh lobster fricassee slathered in a light dill cream sauce. A Filet Medallion Wellington was served wrapped in a puff pastry with mushroom duxelle, baked to perfection.  This dish also was garnished with a twice-loaded baked potato and a root vegetable bundle, served with a white truffle infused burgundy sauce.
